To satisfy you at best, we offer face and body free consultations to suggest you the best personalised treatments. Just call us at 02-280 43 29 to book an appointment for your free consultation!

Where can I park my car?

We offer you private parking. If you intend to use the parking, please arrive to the salon reception at least 10 minutes in advance so that we hand you a parking access card.

How can I pay?

You can pay cash and with debit cards (Bancontact and Maestro), and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

I have an appointment, when exactly should I arrive to the salon?

For your and other customers’ comfort, you should arrive at the salon 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In case of late arrival, we will be obliged to reduce the duration of your treatment so as not to delay the next customer and out of respect for our staff.

Cancellation or modification of appointments.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by phone (+32 2 280 43 29) at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment time. If cancelled or modified later, a 50% fee will be charged.

Can you send a gift voucher by post? Do I need to come to the salon for my order?

We can send the gift voucher by post, you just need to give us the relevant postal address. If you order by phone, we also need your credit card details. We’ll take care of the delivery!

Can I pick up a gift card at the salon?

Yes, our receptionist Dewi will advise you and prepare the gift voucher for you. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12 to 3pm you can just visit us and get your voucher, while in different timing we advise you to call us beforehand so we can serve at the best.
